As a consultancy, we work with clients closely and can adapt our level of
involvement according to your requirements. All construction projects are unique; however they tend to all follow similar stages.
Stage 1 - Briefing / Inception : We undertake a variety of discussions or
workshops tailored to suit our clients requirements.
Stage 2 - Design: We strive to encompass the aspirations of our clients and
deliver concepts in accordance with their budget.
Stage 3 - Procurement of cost: All elements of the project are fully tendered
which results in optimal costs throughout.
Stage 4 - Site management and administration: We attend site to ensure
that our projects are being delivered to specification, programme
and budget.
Stage 5 - Completion and sign off: We help our clients to understand
their new environment and all relevant certifications are collated to
create user friendly Operation and Maintenance manuals.
