Artillery constructed a roof pavilion and garden with a series of terraces, which provided meeting spaces in a tranquil environment.  The garden was showcased at the Royal Horticultural Society's Chelsea Flower Show in 2007 and received a silver medal, before being transported onto the International Secretariat roof.

To portray freedom and constraint, mirroring Amnesty International's work in human rights, wild prairie style grasses and perennials contrasted with clipped trees.
