Investa and Gallagher Jeffs selected Artillery to refurbish 414 Latrobe Street, with the aim of upgrading the building and improving its ABGR rating.

The challenge was to work within the existing aesthetic and spatial constraints of the main foyer to create an interior that met modern standards.

Modelling the design in 3D reassured Investa that the proposed transformation was appropriate for their prospective tenants.
