Morningstar needed new space in their London office following key acquisitions. This needed to reflect their identity; be innovative, progressive and transparent, with a strong design culture.
An industrial, raw aesthetic was used with columns stripped back to expose the raw concrete and drainage pipes. Colour and pattern was incorporated in a playful way, with highly contrasting, energetic materials such as stretched backlit fabric combined with graphics and the exposed infrastructure creating a bold and contemporary office space.
Morningstar's growing international operations and the development of new markets has led to an increased presence in Europe. Artillery has recently undertaken the design of their Paris, Frankfurt, Milan and Amsterdam offices.
