Relocating to a heritage listed building provided OMD with an opportunity to create a new workplace, however limited time and cost constraints needed to be considered.
An innovative, dynamic and fun environment was created, with a friendly atmosphere reflected through the inclusion of a large communal table used as a breakout and presentation space.
Enclosed spaces were limited to a new plywood ceiling strip, which remained independent of the heritage envelope.
The design played on both the raw industrial feel of the space through material selection and the media industry through graphics, signage and quirky installations.
